With a handheld POS and Focus, servers will immediately be able to tell a guest if an item is out of stock and be able to suggest a different menu item thanks to the Focus software’s countdown, out of stock, and menu suggestion options tied to each menu item.

Imagine this scenario, it’s a packed Friday night and your staff is running through your establishment attending to each table and rushing back to the POS station to place an order, then onto the bar to pick up drinks or the kitchen to pick up an order.
